The service

POKEMONU is a Discord bot with a Pokémon-themed collecting and battle game, side games, community features, server-management tools and a helper for servers that use the Pokétwo bot. This website explains the bot and links to Discord’s own installation screen. Using POKEMONU is free.

Using POKEMONU

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including their age requirements, and the rules of each server you use the bot in.

Virtual items and balances

₽ Pokédollars, coins, Pokémon, cards, Spin Arena parts, items, titles and every other in-game item are virtual. They have no monetary value, can’t be bought with real money through POKEMONU, and can’t be exchanged for money.
Games of chance in the arcade (blackjack, coin flip, slots) use virtual balances only and never pay out real-world value.
Virtual items are licensed to you for use in the game; you don’t own them. Balances and items may be adjusted to fix bugs, exploits or abuse.
Trades, market sales, auctions and payments between players are final once both sides confirm or the sale completes.

Pokécoin claims

The coin exchange lets you submit a claim for Pokécoins, which staff deliver by hand. Delivery is not automatic and its timing is not guaranteed. Staff may cancel a claim — for example a duplicate or one they can’t fulfil — in which case your coins are refunded and you’re told why. POKEMONU is not affiliated with Pokétwo.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

use alternate accounts to farm rewards, giveaways or trades, or to get around a restriction;
automate the bot with self-bots, scripts or macros;
deliberately exploit bugs — report them instead;
use the bot to harass people, spam, or post content that breaks Discord’s rules;
try to disrupt the bot, its storage or the services it relies on.

Moderation and restrictions

The bot operator can restrict an account from using the bot’s commands, buttons, catches and giveaway draws — for example for alternate-account abuse — and can reverse in-game gains obtained by breaking these terms. Server staff decide moderation inside their own servers.

Server admins

If you add POKEMONU to a server, you’re responsible for its configuration there, including which permissions it has and whether message logging is on. Tell your members if you enable logging of deleted or edited messages.

Changes and availability

Features, rewards and balance values can change, be added or be removed as the game develops. The bot may be unavailable at times, and features that depend on outside services — such as spawn recognition — may stop working temporarily. There is no guaranteed uptime. These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.

No warranty

POKEMONU is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the people who run it aren’t liable for lost virtual items, lost progress, or other damages arising from your use of the bot or website.

POKEMONU is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Pokétwo or Discord. Pokémon and related names and characters are trademarks of their respective owners. Anime characters on anime cards belong to their respective rights holders.
