For server admins

Set up your server

The /setup panel, spawn channels, greetings, levels, moderation, logs, tickets and giveaways.

The /setup panel

/setup !config

/setup opens the server panel inside Discord with five tabs: Welcome & roles, Levels, Moderation & logs, Spawns & games and General & tickets. Settings are buttons and pickers, and they save the moment you press them. Only members with Manage Server can use the panel.

!config changes the same settings as text, including the prefix (1–5 characters): !config prefix ?.

There is no web dashboard. The panel on the homepage is an illustration; real settings are only changed inside Discord.

Spawns and game channels

/gamesettings /starboard channel:#highlights
  • Pokémon spawns (on by default) appear while people chat. Choose a spawn channel, a rate and channels to ignore.
  • Events (on by default): chests, eggs, card drops, quizzes and raids.
  • Alert role — an opt-in role that’s pinged for rare, epic and legendary spawns.
  • Starboard — where rare and shiny catches are posted.
  • Pokémon Chain — pick a channel with !chain here.

Greetings and auto-role

Welcome and goodbye messages are off until you turn them on and pick a channel. Messages support {user}, {name}, {tag}, {id}, {server}, {count} and {ordinal}. You can also DM new members and give them a role on join (needs Manage Roles and role hierarchy).

Levels and level roles

!levelrole 10 @Veteran !levels

Chatting earns 15–25 XP a message, at most once a minute. A member’s level is shared across every server with the bot, but the XP board (!levels) shows your members. Level-ups are sent by DM unless you turn on public announcements and pick a channel. Ignore channels you don’t want to count, and give roles at levels with !levelrole. !givexp grants or removes XP.

Moderation and AutoMod

!warn @user spamming !timeout @user 10m cool off !purge 50

Warnings, timeouts (30 seconds to 28 days), kicks, bans, purge, slowmode, lock/unlock, nicknames and role toggles — each needs the matching Discord permission, both for the moderator and for the bot. Numbered moderation cases can be looked up with !case.

AutoMod (off by default) can block invite links, block all links, limit capitals and mentions, catch message spam and filter banned words, with exempt roles and channels. Its action is delete, warn or timeout. Configure it in the panel or with !automod.

Logs

Choose a log channel for member joins and leaves (on by default once a channel is set). Deleted and edited message logs are off by default; turning them on copies message text into the log channel, where your staff can read it. Members can see whether it’s on with /privacy.

Community tools

  • !poll (up to ten options), !suggest (to a suggestion channel), !remind and !reminders, !birthday, !tag for saved snippets, and !away.
  • !reactionrole binds an emoji on a message to a role.
  • !embed and !say post as the bot (Manage Messages).

Giveaways

!giveaway 1h 2 Nitro Classic !giveaways !again GW-0123456789

Members with Manage Server can start, list and end giveaways. Rerolling (!again, also !greroll) and cancelling (!gcancel) need the giveaway’s ID and the server owner or an Administrator. A reroll draws new winners and excludes previous ones.

Tickets

!ticketpanel !close

Post a panel members press to open a private ticket channel. Set the ticket category and support role in the General & tickets tab. The bot needs Manage Channels (and Manage Roles to set the channel’s permissions). !close deletes a ticket channel after five seconds.

Check your setup

!serverhealth !diag

!serverhealth checks the bot’s permissions in the current channel, the gateway intents and your configured channels. !diag explains Pokétwo spawn-alert problems. Then test with an ordinary member account.
